SMS MESSAGING TERMS AND COMPLIANCE

1. Program Description

Built By Sweat Apparel LLC operates two text messaging programs.

Marketing: Customers who check the marketing consent box on our contact form receive promotional messages about announcements and offerings.

Non-marketing: Customers who check the non-marketing consent box receive messages about order status, account updates, etc..

Consent is collected through optional, unchecked checkboxes on the form at www.builtbysweatapparel.com/contact. The two consents are separate. Checking one does not enroll you in the other. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to submit the form. Message frequency varies.

2. Opt-In and Opt-Out

By checking a consent box you agree to receive text messages in that category from Built By Sweat Apparel LLC at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages in that category.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and for disclosing hazards, buried utilities, irrigation lines, and pet containment systems known to you. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked items.

13. Intellectual Property

14. Your Submissions
