RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind what we make and want you to be proud to wear Built By Sweat.

Refunds: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges & Store Credit: Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent the wrong item or your merchandise arrived damaged or defective, Built By Sweat will make it right and cover the appropriate shipping costs.

FINAL SALE

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Clearance or items marked Final Sale

- Custom or personalized merchandise

- Gift cards

- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise

- Certain limited-edition or collaboration drops when specifically marked Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, select items may also be designated Final Sale on the product page.

RETURN APPROVAL

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds or store credits will be processed according to the return method selected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect an approved refund.

Built By Sweat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy or show signs of misuse or excessive return activity.
